These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the FootDraft online game available at https://footdraft.app.
FootDraft is an unofficial, independent football-inspired draft game. The game involves, among other things, building squads from player cards, connecting players through a chemistry system, making tactical decisions and simulating matches.

By using FootDraft, the user accepts these Terms of Service. If the user does not accept the Terms, the user should stop using the game.
FootDraft is currently provided as a free beta version. The game may contain bugs, technical breaks, balance changes, algorithm changes and content changes.
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookies and Local Storage Policy, the IP Disclaimer / No Official Affiliation notice and the Notice-and-Takedown Procedure.
2. Nature of the game
FootDraft is an entertainment and simulation game. Match results, ratings, chemistry, statistics, team strength, simulations and other gameplay elements are part of the game's original system.
FootDraft is not a statistical, betting or scouting tool and is not an official football database.
Results generated in FootDraft are for entertainment only and should not be treated as real predictions of match results, player evaluations, player sporting value or the actual strength of clubs.
The Operator may change the game mechanics, algorithms, ratings, chemistry rules, gameplay balance, player database, draft format, simulation rules and other elements of the game.
Such changes may affect previous results, rankings, statistics and gameplay experience. The user understands that the game is under development and may change.
3. No official affiliation
FootDraft is an unofficial and independent fan-made game.
FootDraft is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by or endorsed by EA Sports, Electronic Arts, FIFA, FIFPRO, UEFA, the Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, football clubs, leagues, federations, competition organizers, players or any other entities connected with professional football.
Player names and team abbreviations or identifiers, such as club abbreviations, may appear in the game. They are used only to identify football context and to support the game mechanics.
FootDraft does not use official crests, logos, kits, shirts, player photos, player likenesses or official visual branding of clubs, leagues or competitions.
All ratings, evaluations, statistics, simulations, chemistry values and other parameters in the game are elements of FootDraft's original system and are not official data of any club, league, federation, EA Sports FC/FIFA game, database or rating provider.

4. Access to the game and user account
FootDraft may allow the user to use the game after creating a user account.
Account creation requires, in particular, an email address, a nickname or username and a password. The account requires email verification. At this stage, FootDraft does not use Google login or other external login providers.
The user's password should be secure, unique and not shared with other persons.
The user is responsible for keeping login details confidential and for actions performed through the user's account, unless such actions result from reasons attributable to the Operator.
The user should promptly inform the Operator if the user suspects unauthorized access to the account.
FootDraft may also be used without an account as a guest. Guest access may be limited, in particular without match history, online ranking, reserved nickname, Elo, leagues/tiers or weekly race features.
The Operator may refuse account creation or block an account if it violates the Terms, game security, the rights of others or fair play rules.
5. User age
FootDraft is intended for users who are at least 16 years old.
Users under 16 may use the Service only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.
The Operator may restrict access to an account or delete a user account if it receives reasonable information that the user uses the Service in breach of the above age rules.
6. Free game and no monetization at launch
FootDraft is currently provided free of charge.
At this stage, the game does not contain advertisements, paid features, subscriptions, microtransactions, paid virtual currency or paid packs, cards or other digital items.
The Operator may in the future introduce advertising, voluntary support, premium features, paid digital items, paid ad removal or other forms of monetization. Such features are not available at this stage.
Before launching paid features, advertisements or other forms of monetization, the Operator will update the Terms, Privacy Policy and, if necessary, the Cookies Policy.
Users will be informed of material changes in a visible way in the game or on the website.
Use of new features involving payments, advertising or additional data processing may require acceptance of updated documents or the provision of appropriate consents.
7. Rules of using the game
The user agrees to use FootDraft in accordance with the Terms, the law, fair play and the intended purpose of the game.
The user must not use cheats, bots, scripts, automation or other tools giving an unfair advantage; exploit bugs, exploits, technical vulnerabilities or unintended mechanics; attempt to bypass game security; interfere with the code, server, network communication, database or game mechanics without authorization; disrupt the game or servers; create accounts to abuse rankings, test exploits or bypass blocks; impersonate other persons, clubs, organizations, the Operator or members of the FootDraft team; or publish or use nicknames that are offensive, vulgar, racist, discriminatory, sexual, hateful, misleading or infringe the rights of others.
If the user finds a bug, exploit or security vulnerability, the user should report it to the Operator at [email protected] and should not exploit it.
The Operator may remove results, reset rankings, block accounts or restrict access to the game in the event of a fair play violation.
8. Nicknames, rankings and public profile elements
FootDraft may allow users to use nicknames, rankings, leaderboards, match history or other public profile elements.
The user understands that the user's nickname, results, ranking position, statistics or other gameplay elements may be visible to other users if such features are available in the game.
The user should not use a nickname that infringes the rights of others, impersonates a player, club, league, organization, brand or other person, is offensive, vulgar, discriminatory, hateful or sexual, contains personal data of others or promotes violence, hate, fraud, illegal activities or inappropriate content.
The Operator may change, hide or remove a nickname, team name, ranking entry or other public account element if it violates the Terms or creates legal, technical or reputational risk.
The Operator may remove from rankings results obtained through cheating, exploits, technical errors, automation or other violations of the game rules.
9. Bugs, exploits and changes to results
FootDraft is under development and may contain bugs.
Bugs, failures or incorrect operation of the game do not give the user the right to demand restoration of a specific result, ranking position, squad, statistics or other game element.
The Operator may fix bugs, change algorithms, reset invalid results, remove incorrect ranking entries or reverse the effects of exploits.
If a technical error causes an unnatural result, unfair advantage or ranking disruption, the Operator may remove or correct such result.
The user should not exploit game bugs. Intentional exploitation of bugs may result in an account block.
10. Account blocking and access restrictions
The Operator may temporarily or permanently block a user account or restrict access to the game if the user violates the Terms, uses cheats, bots, exploits or automation, attempts to interfere with the game, infringes the rights of others, harms game security, abuses rankings, publishes prohibited nicknames or content, or takes actions that may expose the Operator or other users to harm.
Depending on the situation, the Operator may issue a warning, change or remove a nickname, remove a result from a ranking, reset statistics, impose a temporary account block, impose a permanent account block or delete the account.
The user may contact the Operator regarding an account block at [email protected].
The Operator is not required to restore results, statistics or ranking positions lost as a result of a violation of the Terms.
11. Game content and Operator rights
Elements of FootDraft, including the game name, interface, layout, visual design, mechanics, algorithms, code, text, game database, rating system, chemistry system and match simulation, are owned by the Operator or used by the Operator under appropriate permissions.
The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use FootDraft only for private entertainment and in accordance with the Terms.
The user may not copy, sell, modify, decompile, distribute or commercially exploit elements of FootDraft without the Operator's consent, unless applicable law expressly permits this.
The user does not acquire ownership of any game elements, account, statistics, results, cards, squads or gameplay data.
The Operator may change, remove, add or restrict game elements without any obligation to maintain their previous version.
12. Data and privacy
The rules for processing users' personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
The rules for using cookies, local storage and similar technologies are described in the Cookies and Local Storage Policy.
The user should read these documents before creating an account or using features that require data processing.
The user may contact the Operator regarding personal data at [email protected].
13. Account deletion
The user may request account deletion by contacting the Operator at [email protected], unless a self-service account deletion feature is available in the game.
After receiving an account deletion request, the Operator will act in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Account deletion may result in loss of access to results, statistics, match history, rankings, saved squads and other elements connected with the account.
Some data may be retained longer where required or justified for legal, security, claims, defense against claims or anti-abuse reasons.
14. Availability, technical breaks and changes
The Operator makes efforts to ensure that FootDraft works properly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the game.
The game may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, failures, bugs, hosting or infrastructure issues, security actions or reasons beyond the Operator's control.
The Operator may introduce changes to the game, including changes to mechanics, ratings, simulation algorithm, chemistry rules, formations, player database, interface, ranking resets or corrections and restrictions or removal of selected features.
The Operator does not guarantee that specific game features will be available indefinitely.
15. Legal notices and rights-holder objections
If a person, club, organization, rights-holder or their representative believes that an element of FootDraft infringes their rights, they may contact the Operator at [email protected].
The notice should include the details of the reporting person or entity, a description of the rights, identification of the specific game element, the reasons for the notice and contact details for a reply.
After receiving a notice, the Operator may temporarily hide, change or remove the indicated game element.
Changing, hiding or removing a game element does not mean that the Operator admits that any infringement occurred.

16. Liability
FootDraft is provided as an entertainment game in its current state of development.
The Operator is not liable for inability to use the game for reasons beyond the Operator's control, loss of results, statistics or game data caused by a bug, failure, update or security action, actions of users violating the Terms, effects of using bugs, exploits or unauthorized tools, or decisions made by the user based on results, ratings or simulations in the game.
No element of FootDraft should be treated as official sports information, player evaluation, result forecast, betting advice or financial recommendation.
Liability limitations do not exclude user rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. No commercial use and no automated data scraping
The user may not use FootDraft or its data for commercial purposes without the Operator's consent.
Automated downloading, scraping, copying, indexing or mass collection of data from the game without the Operator's consent is prohibited.
Creating tools, bots, extensions or services that use FootDraft in a way that violates the Terms, game security or the Operator's rights is prohibited.
18. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may change the Terms, in particular in the event of game development, new features, a change in the game model, introduction of monetization, technical changes, legal changes, the need to clarify rules or the need to increase the security of the game or users.
Users will be informed of material changes to the Terms in a visible way in the game or on the website.
Continued use of the game after changes take effect means acceptance of the new Terms, unless the law or the nature of the change requires a separate user consent.
If the user does not accept the changes, the user should stop using the game and may request account deletion.
19. Contact
Matters related to FootDraft may be sent to the Operator at [email protected]. The same address may be used for bug reports, Terms violation reports, account matters, account deletion requests, intellectual property notices and privacy matters unless the Privacy Policy indicates another address.
20. Final provisions
These Terms apply from 16 July 2026.
If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Matters not regulated by the Terms are governed by the relevant provisions of law.
These Terms have been prepared as a working document for the FootDraft project and should be reviewed before public launch, especially if the game is published under the Operator's personal name, targeted globally or if advertising, payments or other monetization are added in the future.
